Trendy Bakers Twine~Mother's Day Love Cards

Good morning! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today with two sweet Mother's Day cards. That holiday will be here before you know it, so I took the time to work ahead so I don't have to scramble when May comes. These cards feature Tickled Pink Trendy Twine, a beautiful twist of pink and white.

The patterned papers are from Doodlebug Design Lots of Love collection. I used a hole punch to take a bit of the card base off where the two patterned papers met to create and indentation for 3 lengths of Tickled Pink Trendy Twine. I tied those into a bow near the bottom of the card. 

For the focal point is a die cut heart stamped with Momenta stamps and Scrapbook.com inks ink Candy Shop and Oasis. It was popped up with foam tape. To add a bit of sparkle, I used Bearly Art precision glue to adhere Raspberry Cupcake Sequins. Now these are ready to gift to make my mom and mother-in-law smile!

April Product Spotlight: Tickled Pink Trendy Twine

 Happy April, Trendy friends!

This month we are spotlighting our beautiful Tickled Pink Trendy Twine -- a delightful twist of medium pink and bright white. This festive color will look absolutely wonderful on those projects you're planning. Not quite sure what to do with Trendy Twine? It's great for embellishing cards and scrapbook pages, decorating your art and junk journals, sprucing up a package, topping off a tag, or tying up a sweet treat. The possibilities really are endless.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Happy Easter!

Hello all, and happy Easter! Beth from Beth's Beauties here with a new set of Easter cards! I needed a few more cards to send out, and this was just the right amount.

The part that makes these cards so adorable are the new circle retro Easter tags. I just couldn't wait to use them! This first set has Happy Easter Ducky Retro Tags and blue 3" Paper Doilies. 

To add extra visual interest around the tag, I used Bearly Art precision glue to add a circle and bow of Lemon Tart Trendy Twine. Blue Berry Sequins were the final embellishment for this duo of cards.

The second set of cards feature Easter Egg Chick Retro Tags and green 3" Paper Doilies. They are embellished in a similar way with the Lemon Tart Trendy Twine, but have Grape Fizz sequins.

The patterned papers I used are from the Jillibean Soup Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup 6x6 pad. The sketch was from February 2024 SheetLoad of Cards.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Celebrate Spring Cards

Hello all! Beth from Beth's Beauties here today. It is officially SPRING and I am so excited to share my latest creations with that theme. They feature the beautiful Cotton Candy Trendy Twine.

I started by choosing springtime patterned paper, which is from Jillibean Soup's Coconut Lime 6x6 paper pad. I utilized the November 2023 SheetLoad of Cards sketch as a way to showcase several visually interesting techniques/supplies.

I really loved the diagonal strips of paper. It was something different than I usually do! The Cotton Candy Trendy Twine was a perfect accent to add between those paper strips. It adds great texture to the card! The vellum circle was die cut with a Cottage Cutz stitched scallop circle die and was adhered to the card front with foam tape. I die cut the GMD spring flower arrangement die out of white to allow the patterned papers and little punched out butterflies to shine!

The sentiment is from the Greetings stamp set and was stamped with VersaFine Onyx Black ink. The banner, tiny butterflies, and flower were all adhered with Bearly Art precision glue. Don't the bright and beautiful colors on these cards make you smile? These will be great for birthday cards or just to brighten someone's day.

Trendy Bakers Twine~Butterfly Tag

 Hello all Beth from Beth's Beauties! Spring is in the air and today I am sharing a tag with that theme. It features Cotton Candy Trendy Twine which is a sweet twist of light pink and light blue.

I started with a Sky Chunky Tag-It, adhered a 3" Paper Doily, then added a Round Butterfly Vintage Inspired Tag popped up with foam tape. Cotton Candy Sequins matched the color scheme perfectly! The sentiment was stamped from the Smile stamp set in black on kraft paper. At the top of the tag, I placed Chevron Ribbon through the opening and tied a double knot of Cotton Candy Trendy Twine around the ribbon. The final touch was gluing a small bow of Cotton Candy Trendy Twine beneath the sentiment.
